At Spromo.us, we work quickly to process and ship your orders. Because of this, order cancellations are only possible within a short time window.
1. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placing the order.
After 1 hour, your order is likely being processed or shipped and cannot be cancelled.
If you need to cancel your order, email us immediately at support@spromo.us with your order number and “CANCEL ORDER” in the subject line.
2. What If My Order Already Shipped?
If your order has already shipped, we are unable to cancel it. However, you can return the item after it arrives by following our Refund Policy.
3. Pre-Orders (If Applicable)
If we offer pre-orders in the future, they may be cancelled at any time before shipping. Please contact us at support@spromo.us.
