1. Returns
We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached

You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Clearance or final sale items cannot be returned unless defective
To initiate a return, email us at support@spromo.us with your order number and reason for return.
2. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error
3. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received the wrong item or it arrived damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at support@spromo.us. Include a photo of the issue, and we’ll make it right at no extra cost to you.
